Labor Day

September 3, 2012

According to the US Department of Labor, this holiday is intended to celebrate the “contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.”  Take a moment from your holiday to be grateful to your employees for efforts.  Whether you are the ‘Big Boss’ or a manager with just a few people reporting to you – notice how they have strengthened you and your business efforts.  Directly or indirectly, your workers have increased your well-being and prosperity.  Consider sending out an email on Tuesday morning to all your staff members expressing your thanks.  Employees want to be appreciated, and here’s an easy opportunity for you to do just that!
