Today, I have been thinking and worrying, actually, about a situation in which I have virtually no control. I reminded myself to stop and figure out what part I do have some control in and decide what action I want to take. Then, I reminded myself to let the rest of the worry go . . . it was draining my mental energy and diverting me from more important work. I coach you to do the same when you find yourself spinning your wheels over a situation you can’t control.
