This past June, I completed the 9-month Leadership Anne Arundel program.  It was educational, fun, and I met a bunch of really interesting people.  Now, I want to figure out how to incorporate my learnings into a community volunteer activity.  I’m thinking something in the Arts which are so important to a strong community and to a whole life.  Plus, that would be a good challenge for me since I think my artist capacity could be expanded in a way that would benefit me and my clients.


President’s Award 2013

Wow!  I received the ICF Metro DC Chapter’s President’s Award which is given for service to the development of the coaching profession.  I received this honorary award at the 2013 Capital Coaches Conference where I was also the Conference Co-Chair.  I was honored to receive the award.  It was a delightful surprise on a day full of great experiences, including seeing Louie Schwartzberg’s new DVD Inspiration – a beautiful work on gratitude, following your passion, moving beyond fear, creating your own reality, and a host of other topics.  Learn more about this fantastic DVD at
